Disclaimers & Important Info

Welcome to our Treasures Of A Scoop disclaimer page. Here, we outline the heart of how our mystery scoops work, what you can expect in your box, and the key policies you agree to when placing an order. We want to ensure your experience is as magical and transparent as possible.

Mystery Scoop Policy

Every scoop is a pure mystery, curated with love and adventure in mind. While we use your quiz answers to guide our selection, specific items are not guaranteed. We encourage you to be as detailed as possible in your quiz—sharing your favorite colors, styles, and interests helps us tailor the magic, though the ultimate surprise is part of the experience. Please note that even the seller doesn’t know exactly what treasures will land in your scoop until the moment they are gathered. Embracing the unknown is what makes Treasures Of A Scoop so special!

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final for our mystery scoops. Due to the custom curation and surprise nature of each box, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed, except where required by law. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the magic of mystery scoops alive for everyone.

Inventory, Colors & Variations

We strive to make every scoop a delightful experience, but please note that colors, styles, and specific products may vary depending on our current inventory. The items you receive may differ slightly from the photos used for promotional purposes. While we always aim to curate beautiful and fun treasures for your box, please understand that handmade or unique items may not always be "perfect" or look exactly as pictured. These small variations are part of what makes each mystery scoop special!
